dedicated to clinical and customer service excellenceThe ability to provide excellent leadership and assist with change management is important in this positionMust possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train clearly communicate and present to a varied audience Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with other staff members patients and physiciansProficient knowledge of computers Microsoft Suite CRM software and database experience Primary Role ResponsibilitiesOversees and manages patient care and daily operations within the infusion centers within ones territoryFosters an environment that upholds company policies procedures mission values and expectationsExecutes protocols and quality initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and patient experienceDirectly oversees teams of Advanced Practitioners Registered Nurses Certified Medical Assistants Administrative Assistants and other clinical staff licensed and unlicensedResponsible for directly managing all team members including holding weekly 11s creating and upholding specific measurable goals SMGs creating and upholding team scheduling approving timecards training new team members and working directly with the HR team to manage recruitinghiring conducting interviews terminations performance evaluations disciplinary process documentation and reporting within the guidelines of Vivo Company policyDevelops and maintains effective communication and working relationships with external community partners resources staff co workers physicians and patientsManage and oversee regional budget including labor costs and supply utilizationLeads coordinates supervises monitors delegates and documents all aspects of patient care activitiesCollaborates across departments and with all disciplines utilizing internal and external resources to provide optimal patient careEnsures and coordinates training growth and development opportunities for all clinical team membersAttends and actively participates in company provided leadership operations and additional training designed to provide continued growth and successEvaluate needs develop and uphold processes policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and JCAHO andor other accreditation agency standardsResponsible for the delivery of services to patients ensuring compliance in the performance of all aspects of patient care in accordance with Vivo company policies and procedures accreditation agencies and State and Federal guidelinesManages patient and staff schedules to ensure optimal staff to patient ratios in accordance with the clinical census operational goals and regulations set forth by State and Federal agenciesAddresses patient concerns and questions efficiently professionally and with kindness Acts as a first level of patient escalation as neededServes as a member of the Quality Committee and infusion center Governing Body in conjunction with the Medical DirectorActs as the Infection Control Manager of the infusion centers infection control surveillance activitiesAdditional responsibilitiesManage and ensure appropriate documentation of nursing and Advanced Practice Provider processes Assessments and Plans of Care admission and monthly documentation is complete and patients medical records are maintained in accordance with Company policy and regulatory agency requirementsSchedules center audits including quality medical records fire & safety and emergency preparedness Delegates to appropriate personnel as neededImplement patient and staff satisfaction surveys and reports results to Quality CommitteeCompletes reporting in a timely manner including but not limited to payroll census drug inventory log and qualityReviews and approves clinic invoices and direct report expense reports;
