Basic Job Functions:

The Repair person is responsible for making decisions of needed repair of products sent to their area based on product specifications and customer requirements. Ensuring repairs are done on a timely basis, which include straightening, grinding, and recutting with various hand tools or other needed methods. This position will require certifications in crane and forklift operations within the first 90 days. This position may be required to perform other functions in the Finishing area as needed. The Repair Person must be able to safely operate the gag press in order to straighten bars to meet ASTM-A6 specifications. The Repair person must work in extreme weather conditions, rotating shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed. [[cust_safetyState]]
