Solar O&M Technician | C&I Solar | Southern CA | $30-60 p/h | Routes to Director

Responsibilities:

This hire will be the most senior hire within their team of O&M technicians. In collaboration with the leaders of their in-house O&M team, you will play a key role in optimizing the performance of their operational assets. There is scope to come in at a Director-level, as well as having routes to that if not.

Essential Skills/ Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Facilities Management, or related,
• 3+ years in operations and maintenance management, the majority being within C&I solar,
• Strong knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems, electrical infrastructure, and renewable energy technologies,
• Experience in managing budgets, teams, and contractors,
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills,
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and safety requirements in the renewable energy sector,
• Proficiency in relevant software and monitoring systems,
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
