LocationHybrid with core offices in Boston / New York / Dallas

Responsibilities

• Lead Client o9 engagements, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges.
• Configure, customize, and extend the functionality of any current o9 environments to meet updated client requirements and objectives.
• Lead project workstreams and teams, overseeing project delivery, timeline adherence, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and coach junior team members in designing models and executing build tasks.
• Delivery of client-facing demonstrations of the o9 solution tailored to address individual client use cases, effectively showcasing its capabilities during the presales process.

We want to hear from you if you are:

• Equipped with more than 2 years' experience in consulting with a focus on supply chain management, operations, or technology implementation.
• Proficient in o9 platform modules, APIs, and integration capabilities, with a deep understanding of its functionalities.
• Knowledgeable in software architecture principles, agile project methodologies, and best practices.
• Equipped with strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze complex technical requirements and propose effective solutions; excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience in agile environments.
• Certified in L1 and L2 technical badges for o9.
