Overview

Novant Health Inpatient Care Specialists – Ob/Gyn is seeking a board certified/board eligible OB Hospitalist physician to join their women's services team and support the labor and delivery services at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center and our Charlotte area facilities. NH Presbyterian Medical Center is a tertiary care facility with a Level 4 NICU. The facility is a Level 3 Trauma Center, transitioning to a Level 2 Trauma Center in 2024. The team provides high risk OB care, gyn consults and gyn emergency care support. They provide supervision to our 1st year Family Practice residents. The position is full-time – 7, 24-hours shifts per month.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
• Completion of an accredited residency program required
• For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current MD license in appropriate state
• Board certification or eligibility
• Current DEA license required
