OBGYN Triage Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: UES New York, NY

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $65/hour

Position Overview: Winston is seeking a skilled OBGYN Triage Registered Nurse (RN) . This busy, flagship location, home to four highly active obstetricians, is looking for an experienced RN to manage triage for telephone calls and patient portal messages from their OBGYN patients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of acute maternal health experience , preferably in Labor and Delivery , and possess excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage incoming telephone calls and patient portal messages for OBGYN patients.
• Provide timely and accurate patient care guidance in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Use critical thinking to assess patient needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute maternal health; Labor and Delivery experience preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-demand, team-oriented environment.
