Legends manages all operations, including ticketing, special events, food and beverage, and retail services, ensuring a world-class experience for local and international visitors.The Role:As an Observatory Ambassador at Vue Orleans, you will play a critical role in delivering an engaging and memorable experience for all guests. This interactive position focuses on providing top-tier customer service, ensuring safety, and enriching the guest's understanding of New Orleans' history and culture.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage guests, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience from entry to exit.
- Provide information and context about New Orleans landmarks, history, and cultural significance, enhancing the observatory experience.
- Ensure the safety of all visitors in designated areas.
- Handle transactions using a point-of-sale system, accurately processing cash and card payments.
- Assist guests with ticketing services, upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of retail and observatory areas.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.
- Assist in event set-up and provide support during special functions.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, attractions, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with New Orleans' culture and history is a plus.
