This position ensures adherence to Miner's Colfax Medical Center policies and procedures. How does it get done?The incumbent will provide personal care and related support to patients within an Acute Care Facility in the Obstetrics Department. Who are the customers?The staff, patients, and community. Ideal CandidateExperience as a Registered Nurse in the Obstetrics Department. Minimum QualificationMust possess a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Mexico OR eligibility for such licensure in accordance with New Mexico requirements OR Eligibility for a temporary license issued for employment at a specific institution in New Mexico OR a Graduate Nurse with a ¿permit-to-practice¿. Employment RequirementsMust successfully complete and pass a background check. Working ConditionsWork is performed in a hospital setting and may be bending and standing for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
