Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Occupational Health Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various occupational health teams to ensure smooth operations in staffing, logistics, and supply management. This position will also serve as the primary point of contact for triaging questions and facilitating communication between Occupational Health Managers and the Medical Director.Key Responsibilities: Coordination: Collaborate with multiple occupational health teams to manage staffing needs, including scheduling and resource allocation.Logistics Management: Coordinate the procurement and distribution of medical and office supplies with the Procurement and Logistics Teams, ensuring all Occupational Health teams have the resources needed to operate effectively.Triage Support: Serve as the first point of contact for queries from occupational health staff, providing guidance or escalating issues to the appropriate Occupational Health Manager or Medical Director.Consultation: Work closely with Occupational Health Managers and the Medical Director to support decision-making and problem-solving.Reporting: Maintain records and generate reports on staffing, logistics, and supply levels to ensure operational efficiency.Compliance: Ensure adherence to occupational health policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.RequirementsQualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or a related field preferred.Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational health, healthcare operations, or logistics coordination.Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to adapt and implement last-minute changes efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a healthcare setting or with occupational health services.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management in a healthcare context.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
