Job Description:

Leidos-QTC Health Services* has a Registered Nurse (RN) opening for an experienced RN to join our team supporting the Occupational Health services for an Intelligence Community customer located in Mclean and Chantilly, Virginia. *this role will be be employed under Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska, a Leidos QTC Health Services affiliated medical professional corporation

Candidates must possess or be able to obtain Top Secret/SCA clearance with polygraph.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Occupational Health RN:

  • Assist medical staff in processing for transactional tasks to include, but not limited to, screenings, vaccinations/immunizations and patient triage.
  • Administer various medical tests as required such as:
    • PFT
    • Audiology
    • Vision
    • Vital Signs
  • Some duties may include medical transcriptions
  • Maintain patient records through electronic medical record documentation
  • Work independently as needed to achieve day-to-day objectives
  • Coordinate with other medical staff as needed and communicate with internal and customer team members

Competencies:

  • Familiarity with working in Occupational Health
  • Ability to read, write, and analyze/evaluate charts
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Detail-Oriented

Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses):

  • Bachelors Degree in nursing required
  • Active Registered Nurse License to work in Virginia
  • Must have 5+ years of experience as an RN
  • Must have experience working in Occupational Health setting
  • Must be able to obtain governmental security clearance of Top Secret/ FS Polygraph
  • Must be US Citizen

Pay and Benefits:

Pay Range: $51-$57/hr + quarterly bonus eligibility.
