**WCES Sales Account Representative**
**Job Description**
The WCES Sales Account Representative is a key member of our staff acting as the face of the company when interacting with current and potential clients. The primary responsibility of this position is to drive the appropriate WCES business into the clinics while keeping in mind profitability targets related to the sale. This position reports to the Director of Occupational Services.
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Strong and Effective Communication Skills
* Independent worker with a disciplined work ethic
* Must possess a skill set for cold calling prospective customers
* Must possess a willingness to knock on the doors of prospective companies
* 50-75% local and regional travel in GA
* Documentation skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work with staff members at all levels of the organization in a cooperative, team-oriented manner
* Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
* Ability to participate in initial and on-going training as required
* Conduct business in a service-oriented manner that is attentive, cooperative, sensitive, respectful, and kind in dealing with patients, clients, visitors, the general public, and all colleagues
* Excellent customer service skills
* Energetic team player
* Healthcare Experience a plus
**Responsibilities**
* Identify new business clients and follow-up on sales leads to increase growth in target markets
* Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, appointments, closed sales, and follow-up activity within assigned territory using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
* Build professional relationships with target clients
* Ensure customer satisfaction through responsiveness to client needs and service concerns
* Coordinate and schedule visits/tours of prospective and target clients
* Support WCES Team Leads as necessary for On-site Clinical Visits
* Work with the Market Coordinators in establishing client protocols
* Work with the Workers Compensation Coordinators for flawless execution of WC cases
* Act as the first point of contact for clients in your territories
* Support the overall growth plans and goals for WCES
* Other duties as assigned
