THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION.It can either be a full-time, permanent position or a part-time, permanent position.Please contact me with any questions regarding this opportunity.Our client is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist in the Charlotte, NC area who is motivated to work with children ages birth through 18. Settings include schools and clinic.The person selected to fill this position will work with children with a variety of diagnoses to help them move towards and meet milestones. Diagnoses range in severity, complexity, and co-morbidity, including but not limited to: Dysphagia, Autism, Down Syndrome, developmental delay, traumatic brain injury, neurological conditions, fine motor delays, gross motor delays, and sensory integration. Qualified Occupational Therapists will also target areas of cognition, emotional regulation and activities of daily living.*This can be a FULL or PART-TIME position-up to the candidate!A successful candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy- Valid North Carolina Occupational Therapy license- NCBOT certified- Previous experience working in early intervention and pediatrics- Ability to pass a background screening, drug test, & driver history check.- Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
