- Responsible to: Rehab Services Director
- DEFINITION OF POSITION
- The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy to patients who require restoration of physical and mental functioning in order to gain independence in self-care and other activities. May supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Aids.
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional
- Entry level Master's degree preferred.
- Current Occupational Therapist License required.
- Experience in mental health treatment, conducting evaluations, group facilitation skills preferred.
- BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
