    • Evaluates clients, develops appropriate treatment goals and methods, implements the occupational therapy treatment plan, and completes all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services.
    • Instructs client in the skills and techniques required for participation in mobility activities, and evaluates client progress, attitudes, and behavior as related to rehabilitative potential.
    • Provide client education, ensuring a clear understanding of conditions and treatment plans, and offering guidance on home exercises for ongoing progress.
    • Regularly reassess clients and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes in a home-based setting.
    • Utilize effective pain management techniques to enhance clients' overall well-being.
    • Foster clear communication with clients, their families, and healthcare team members to provide personalized and effective home-based care.
Qualifications:
    • Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist License.
    • 2+ years preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Valid New Jersey Driver's License.
    • Demonstrate unwavering professionalism with clients, team members, and families.
    • Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
    • Showcase the ability to adeptly navigate as needed.
    • Must travel throughout Ocean County to service clients.
