Role: Occupational Therapist

Location: Watertown, NY

Contract Duration: 21 weeks contract with a possibility of extension

Pay Rate: Up To $45/hr

Work Schedule: 40 hrs/week

Shift: 8hr Days, 5 days a week with weekend and holiday rotations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy with a minimum of a Master s Degree in OT. Current NYS OTR license or eligible.
• BLS required
• Minimum one year acute care experience preferred, experience on an acute rehab unit is ideal. Primary work location will be on the acute rehab unit but will be required to float to the regular acute care hospital units as needed.
• Experienced OT will possess a thorough knowledge of therapy principles, ability to provide quality patient care, ability to thoroughly assess patient's needs and make adequate, timely and safe discharge plans for all patients.
