What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...Administers direct OT services in a group home setting and in the communityProvides family support and educationUses appropriate clinical techniques and tools while working with patientsEstablishes individualized treatment plans for patientsProvides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques that can easily translate to in home useEstablishes individualized care and discharge plans and ensures plans are communicated to appropriate partiesCompletes comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines and ensures quality standards of evaluations and addresses assessment areas that requires attentionDriving is requiredSchedule: This position is full-time (40 hours per week); benefits eligible with a flexible schedule.
