Occupational Therapist - Brooklyn, NY - Provide individualized & group occupational therapy svcs for children 3-21 on the autism spectrum & manage small caseload. Train, assist & provide OT in-service to classroom staff on therapeutic activities. Actively participate in the implementation & monitoring of the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), OT Dept meetings & individual supervision time. Provide & complete daily documentation & quarterly/annual progress & evaluation reports. Provide weekly updates to parents, collaborate w/ team members & participate in weekly team meetings. Evaluate children using comprehensive assessments (PDMS, PEDI, PEDI-CAT, Sensory Profile, BOT-2, BERRY VMI , REAL). Conduct, score, & analyze assessments. 2 yr. Exp. Req. Salary: $75,712/yr.
