To screen and evaluate students for occupational therapy/physical therapyII. To serve as a member of the multidisciplinary team when evaluating a studentIII. To provide direct and indirect services to students according to established proceduresIV. To provide consultant service to teachers, other professional personnel, and communityAgenciesV. To review, select, and evaluate materials and activities for Special Education childreninvolved in motor skillsVI. To maintain appropriate recordsVII. To participate as a team member in the student's IEP (Individualized Education Program)VIII. To facilitate communication between the home and the school as it relates to occupational therapy/physical therapy issues that would impact the child's functioning in the educational settingIX. To assist in the securing of yearly physician orders for eligible studentsX. To maintain inventory of occupational therapy/physical therapy equipmentXI. To perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor of Special Education
