- Currently registered as an occupational therapist by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and licensed in the State of Colorado and maintained throughout employment.
- 1-3 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with elderly, frail individuals.
- Valid Colorado driver's license, unlimited access to reliable transportation, and adequate automobile insurance is maintained throughout employment.
- Adequate computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
- Current CPR certification is maintained throughout employment.
- Effectively and respectfully communicate both verbally and in writing in a multitude of situations and settings.
- Effectively work with and build relationships with others.
