  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance daily living skills and cognitive functioning for memory care patients.
  • Conduct assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional status to design appropriate interventions.
  • Provide therapy focused on improving motor skills, coordination, and self-care abilities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Educate and support patients on coping strategies and techniques to manage memory-related challenges.

QualificationsYour Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Occupational Therapist License in OH or eligibility to obtain one (Required).
  • A fervent commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively yet autonomously
Pay Range USD $48.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
