- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance daily living skills and cognitive functioning for memory care patients.
- Conduct assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional status to design appropriate interventions.

QualificationsYour Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Occupational Therapist License in OH or eligibility to obtain one (Required).

Pay Range USD $48.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
