Orlin & Cohen, one of the largest providers of musculoskeletal care in the region is seeking a OT - PT Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to work in a multidisciplinary outpatient facility that promotes collaboration, clinical excellence and an outstanding patient/customer experience. In this setting you will work closely with team members and physicians to treat and manage a wide variety conditions including but not limited to: peripheral nerve injuries, crush injuries, repetitive motion disorders, fractures and tendon injuries. Occupational Therapist - PT - CHT Candidate Attributes:
- Ability to thoroughly evaluate patients in order to develop effective & efficient care plans

- 4+ year of experience preferred but not required
- Experience and proficiency in using an electronic medical record (EMR) Occupational Therapist – PT – CHT Responsibilities Include:
- Administration of direct patient care.
- Designs and implements personalized and evidence-based intervention programs to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Submits required documentation in accordance with the policies and procedures of the department.
- Participates in quality improvement chart reviews and activities.
- Performs related duties, as required. Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy, required. Master's Degree, preferred.
