In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to help patients regain and enhance their ability to perform daily activities. This position requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes in diverse environments.Key Responsibilities:Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs and goals.Therapeutic Intervention: Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, adaptive techniques, and assistive devices to improve patients' functional abilities and independence.Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, therapeutic techniques, and strategies to facilitate recovery and enhance daily living skills.Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate patient care and optimize therapeutic outcomes.Adaptability: Adjust to different facility protocols, treatment modalities, and patient populations while providing consistent, high-quality care.Skills & Qualifications:Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to develop and modify treatment plans as needed.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices, evidence-based interventions, and regulatory standards.Ability to adapt to new environments and work efficiently in diverse clinical settings.Education & Experience:Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice; eligibility to work in various states as required.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with diverse patient populations.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.9464810EXPTEMPJob RequirementsRequired for Onboarding
