The candidate should possess a passion for the geriatric population as well as a desire to be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team.

**OTR Requirements Include:**

1. Graduate of an accredited OTR program

2. Current New York State OTR License

3. Experience in long term care settings preferred

Role will be converted to 1199SEIU after probationary period
