Job Description The Occupational Therapist Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. This position contributes to the rehabilitation and wellbeing of patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities. Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

Support patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills.

Facilitate patient engagement in therapeutic activities to promote physical and mental rehabilitation.

Monitor patient progress and report concerns to the supervising occupational therapist.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
