Responsibilities:

• Maintains overall responsibility and accountability for trainee outcomes by implementing the 5-stage training program.
• Confers with and updates General Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Leads and Coffee Mentors regarding the strengths/skills/goals of each trainee. Instructs and guides in observing and collecting data.
• Onboards/orients/trains Shift and Training Supervisor, Shift Leads and Coffee Mentors regarding trainees and working with individuals with disabilities.
• Achieves Key Performance Indicator targets related to the training program.
• Develops and maintains proficiency in Barista, Cashier, Stockroom Support, and Cafe Keeper positions at Inspired. As part of the Inspired team, provides shift coverage as needed.

Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements:

Education

Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) credential, Occupational Therapist (OT) credential is preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, experience as Transition Coordinator in an educational setting is preferred.

Other commensurate experience or educational backgrounds will be considered.

Years of Experience

2+ years working with people with disabilities. Experience working in an “emerging practice area” is highly desired.

Requirements

• Able to work nights and weekends from time to time
• Valid Driver's license
• Demonstrated experience understanding /using internal management reports.
• Knowledgeable and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
