Job Description:
Position Function : The OCOK Connections Supervisor primary responsibility is to supervise the Connection team. The OCOK Connections Supervisor provides oversight of program implementation, service delivery, and program outcomes. Additionally, the OCOK Connection Supervisor offers ongoing training to team members and provides outreach to external partners. The position is sensitive to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.Education Requirements : A bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree, with applicable licensures / certifications, is preferred. Experience Requirements : A minimum of 5 years of experience working in child welfare, with some experience in training, clinical expertise, and supervision, is required. Functional Requirements :•Ability to be trained in, and provide reflective supervision to both groups, and individuals.•Strong interpersonal, and cognitive skills, in analysis, assessment, creative, and critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making through the use of emotional intelligence.•Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate high level tasks, and manage projects to completion.•Demonstrate experience with outreach and community relations.•Ability to communicate clearly, tactfully, and effectively in verbal and written formats with people of diverse cultural perspectives. Working Conditions : Sitting at computer for long periods of time. The position is sensitive to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.Exposure to Confidential Information:Maintain confidentiality & follow policies related to personnel records, client records, payroll records, and ACH's financial records.Key Expectations/Responsibilities :•Maintain high ethical standards which are outlined in the ACH Child & Family Services Code of Ethics.•Train team members in Darla Henry's 3-5-7 Model of approaching trauma, grief and loss.•Family Search and Engagement (FSE) model.•Provide reflective supervision to both groups and individuals.•Work collaboratively with agency team members and other key stakeholders.•Maintain strict confidentiality with client and employee data as well as all proprietary information. •Demonstrate sensitivity and competency in relating to individuals and groups of diverse cultural perspectives.•Develop and provide team-building opportunities that focus on workforce wellbeing, trust, and self-awareness.•Provide additional resources as needed for team members as they work through phases with each youth, providing individualized and consistent supervision for each team member.Supervise all team members to IPS model fidelity, utilizing tracking resources to monitor compliance as well as utilization of model activities and resources #OCOK1RequirementsEducation Requirements : A bachelor's degree is required.
