Office Admin Administrative Assistant Equal Opportunity Employer MinorityFemaleDisabilityVeteran Red River Waste Solutions is an environmental services company that provides waste management solutions for the communities we serve As a company that serves many communities throughout the United States we are looking to add another team member to the RRWS family As an Office Admin with Red River Waste Solutions your duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of your job site office In this role you will get to experience working with other teams in the business such as Accounting Human Resources and Operations to resolve problemscomplaints and seek the most cost effective safe and environmentally sound solutions You will be exposed to a various number of tasks related to your job sites responsibilities such as payroll monthly card reconciliation assist with customer calls based on your job sites services collaborate with the Corporate Office with pre employment and onboarding and help ensure routes are complete RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing Red River Waste SolutionsManage daily administrative operations of your job site that includes bi weekly payroll monthly reconciliation collaborate with management on pre employment and onboarding of employees submit requests for office supplies and assist Drivers with the completion of their assigned routesResolve all customer service needs such as troubleshootingresolving service pick up andor delivery issuesMaintain a high level of confidentiality when filing paperwork for all Drivers and Service TechsDOT paperwork tonnage slips employment paperworkNurture a positive work environment by performing and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with employees and customersAttend and participate in all scheduled training briefings and meeting as required by Regional ManagerOther duties as assigned by the Regional ManagerMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be at least 21 years of ageMust be legally eligible to work in the United StatesHigh school diploma or equivalentMust have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task and prioritize workExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in MS Office Outlook Word Excel and common office equipmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Associates or bachelors degree preferredAdministrative assistantoffice environment experience preferably at least one yearAbility to manage incoming correspondence including emails memos faxes and mail sometimes requiring a high level of discretionDesire to be proactive and create a positive working environment for othersAdditional skills may be required to perform additional tasks specific to work location department or line of business as requested by the Regional ManagerCOMPENSATION PACKAGE Competitive WageLow cost Medical insurance with Dental and Vision plans covered 100 for employee 401k Full Time employment after 6 months RRWS will match 50 cents on the dollar up to 6PTO after 1 year of EmploymentQuarterly uniforms and RRWS gearPaid HolidaysThis job description is intended to describe the general nature complexity and level of work to be performed by employees assigned to this position and is not to be construed as an exhaustive list of responsibilities duties andor skills required It does not prescribe or restrict the work that may be assigned Furthermore this does not establish a contract for employment and is subject to change at the discretion of the company Red River Waste Solutions provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race color religion age sex national origin disability status genetics protected veteran status sexual orientation gender identity or expression or any other characteristic protected by federal state or local laws This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment including recruiting hiring placement promotion termination layoff recall transfer leaves of absence compensation and training
