Job Title: Office Administrator / Analyst
Job Description
Will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the team while also leveraging analytical skills to gather, analyze, and present data insights, and contributing to operational efficiency. This is a dynamic position that requires a blend of organizational skills, attention to detail, data fluency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for team members.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Manage email correspondence and handle incoming inquiries.
- Maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, manuals, rosters, and audits.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and managing internal projects.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Manage and organize operational files, records, and databases.
- Monitor and track operational expenses, supplies, and inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist with the implementation of new operational procedures and workflows.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive team environment.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and organize data from various sources, including spreadsheets, databases, and data collecting platforms.
- Analyze data using appropriate tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate data findings to the team.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with data-driven decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on your analysis.
Hard Skills
+ Experience as a Data Analyst, Administrative Assistant, Operations Administrator or in a similar role
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Power BI)
+ Strong critical, strategic, and analytical skills with experience working with data and using data analysis tools
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Sunrise, Florida.
