Job Description:

Stryker DES is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized bi-lingual Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day administrative paperwork at a large demolition project site located in Niagara Falls New York. This includes duties such as, employee paperwork, disposal and trucking manifests, invoices, expense reports, supplies ordering, certificates, permits, and training paperwork. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work with the project supervisor on site to make a schedule that will work for you and the site tasks. We are a mid-sized contractor specializing in demolition and environmental remediation based in the USA. Our projects involve the remediation of regulated and hazardous materials and often include collaborations with high-profile clients across various industries. We are committed to health and safety, regulatory compliance, and excellence in service. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain accurate records of all day to day activities which occur at the job site and document them as necessary.
  • Prepare and facilitate employee paperwork such as timekeeping, benefits enrollment, PTO etc.
  • Complete and submit waste disposal and trucking manifests
  • Receive and submit invoices to the accounting department
  • Complete expense reports
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to permits, safety, and other client guidelines
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed such as trainings, onboarding, offboarding, travel, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to speak fluently in both Spanish and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with contracting and demolition processes preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or related fields are a plus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Part-time position (approximately 20-30 hours per week).
  • Flexible working hours within reason and as job site requires.
