Job Description:

Assists the General Manager in a variety of day-to-day tasks in support of operations. May also provide minimal administrative support to other areas such as sales/marketing, human resources, or information technology in branch or corporate offices. Position Responsibilities: •Assists in managing the General Manager's schedule, appointments, and correspondence. •Answers phone and email correspondence directly, or forwards to appropriate team member for resolution. •May serve as first contact for customers/public in showroom area, greeting and directing to appropriate area. •Uses software to assist in organizing and producing presentations, reports, etc. as directed. •Coordinates daily close out and start up of sales drawers. •Responsible for petty cash accounting and requesting additional monies as needed. •Processes check requests as needed for the branch location. •Assists corporate Accounts Payable in troubleshooting issues. •Receives payments from customers as needed. •Works cross departmentally to research and resolve issues with open orders, suggests improvements to processes as needed. •Maintains both paper and electronic filing systems. •Runs routine reports, reviews for errors, and either handles or escalates to General Manager for resolution. •Identifies areas for process/flow improvement and assists with developing SOPs to support desired change/process improvement. •Assists with coordinating and assisting with local events for advertisement/sponsoring. •Assures adequate supply of promotional materials, and employee branded items (hats, shirts, etc.) •May serve as representative for operations on committees to promote cross functional teamwork, collaboration, and employee morale. •Monitors and orders office supplies as needed or directed. •Completes all other duties and tasks as needed or requested. Requirements Education/Formal Training : Associate's Degree or higher required Work Experience :

  • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
