JOB DUTIES:
Phone operator duties; taking and routing messagesWelcome visitors and assist office staff dailyAssist managers with Word documents, Excel, and PowerPointFile customer records and shipping documentationCoordinate event and meeting calendars
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED required. Business degree a plus.Business degree or certificate an advantageAt least two years of administrative experienceExperience with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPointPleasant phone presentation with customer service skillsPresents well groomed, professional appearanceReliable attendance with minimal missed time is required
