Job Description:

Aditi Inc. seeks a high-energy, resourceful, and entrepreneurial person to serve as the administrator and full-office manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a successful organization as it grows in stature and impacts globally to the next level of excellence.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordination and execution of daily standard/general business activities and functions. The functions herein train you to grow and harness responsibility to do anything, anywhere in the world.

Additionally, Aditi Inc. manages and assists The Desai Foundation in running global campaigns with high-impact individuals, politicians, organizations, and global institutions, to augment and deliver social responsibility.

The candidate will serve as a foreground for Aditi Inc. connecting the bridge between the company, The Desai Foundation, and several businesses and entrepreneurial organizations. The position requires an individual who is well organized, and detail oriented at the core.

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a small office environment, is a self-starter and has excellent interpersonal skills. Ideally, it is preferable that the person is based in the Boston vicinity.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Aditi Inc. office and The Desai Foundation.
  • Manage and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation related to the company affairs.
  • Handle correspondence, including email communication, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and review various reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assist in financial administration tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Liaise with external service providers, including vendors, contractors, entrepreneurs, and wealth managers, to facilitate efficient operations with results.
  • Prepare financial and accounting management reports.

Qualifications:

· A bachelor's degree, an associate degree, or equivalent experience in the field.

· Relative experience within an order processing or management role can be substitute for degree.
