About the Role:

The office administrator is an integral role, responsible for providing high-level general administrative support to the corporation by providing outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders. This role increases the organization's effectiveness by proactively coordinating and managing schedules, projects, deadlines, and commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide logistical support for meetings and events, including facility coordination and ordering food and beverages.
  • Attend requested meetings to provide support and to record, compose, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Assist employees with travel arrangements.
  • Answer and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
  • Greet guests and escort to appropriate meeting areas.
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Acts as liaison with building management personnel.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of office equipment.
  • Distribute incoming correspondence, including mail and express deliveries.
About you: Required Qualifications
  • Advanced written and verbal communications skills.
  • Knowledge of administrative and business principles.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
  • Detail oriented and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications

  • Notary public license (or ability to obtain within six months of hiring).

Education and Experience

  • Five years performing work in an office environment in an administrative capacity. An equivalent combination of advanced education, training, and experience will be considered.

The rate for this role is $29.04-$34.69 per hour.
