We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, including email management, employee communication, payroll processing, and office supply ordering. The ideal candidate will have strong office management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Email Management: Check and respond to office emails. Handle reports from the bank and provide necessary directions. Contact employees regarding returned direct deposits and instruct them on how to resolve the issue. Communication: Answer phone calls and emails promptly. Assist visitors and answer their questions. Communicate with employees and vendors as needed. Payroll and Financial Management: Process payroll and ensure timely payments. Manage direct deposits and resolve any issues. Submit purchase orders (PO) and ensure vendors are paid on time. Office Management: Order office supplies and manage inventory. Set up travel arrangements for employees. Manage office calendars and schedule meetings. Update monthly schedules and ensure they are communicated to relevant parties, including Ruth. Administrative Support: Handle multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. Provide general office support and ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Ability to manage calendars and schedule meetings. Experience with payroll processing and financial management is a plus.
