Key Responsibilities: The Office Administrator will work in the Administration Department and assist Accounts Receivable duties such as creating and sending invoices, communicating with customers, and extensively working in Excel and collections.
- Create and maintain customer accounts.
- Provide statement to customers.
- Prepare invoices.
- Cross Train on other accounting/billing processes.
- Updating Compliance companies with current insurance information.
- Collaborate with other departments and managers on problem resolution.
- Assist with special projects and analysis.
