Key Responsibilities: The Office Administrator will work in the Administration Department and assist Accounts Receivable duties such as creating and sending invoices, communicating with customers, and extensively working in Excel and collections.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts.
  • Provide statement to customers.
  • Prepare invoices.
  • Cross Train on other accounting/billing processes.
  • Updating Compliance companies with current insurance information.
  • Collaborate with other departments and managers on problem resolution.
  • Assist with special projects and analysis.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
  • Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
  • Self-motivated.
  • A/R Experience preferred!
