OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Position Description & Duties
- This is a part-time to full-time opportunity
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Adobe. Quickbooks will be plus
- Process bills, save files, scan documents, organize documents and help make the office digital
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Order and organize office/kitchen supplies
- Process and pickup lunch order
- Light office and kitchen cleanup
- Schedule and confirm appointments
Requirements
- Previous work experience as an executive assistant, office administrator, or similar role
- A College degree is not a must
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Great role for someone reentering the workforce
