Join us as we redefine what's possible and shape the future together.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Dynamic Office Administrator who will be in charge of:Manage daily office functions, including ordering and maintaining office supplies, overseeing office maintenance, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.Maintain and manage relationships with vendors for services such as internet, cleaning, water supply, and office maintenance. Ensure contracts are up-to-date and services are provided efficiently.Organize and execute company events, including holiday celebrations, Founder's Day, and leadership training sessions. Coordinate logistics and ensure events run smoothly.Act as a point of contact for employee requests and concerns, providing support and solutions. Facilitate communication between employees and management, and assist in conflict resolution when needed.Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.Address and resolve any issues that arise within the office, from equipment malfunctions to interpersonal conflicts, with a proactive and effective approach.Ensure that tasks and projects are completed on time and to a high standard, demonstrating strong execution skills.Preferred Qualifications:2 - 3 years of experience in similar rolesStrong organizational and multitasking skills.Live in or near to Santa MonicaExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in G-suiteStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to take initiative and work independently.Recruitment Process:You will be contacted by our team within 72 hours of your application.
