Salary/Hourly Rate: $25/hr
Position Overview: The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage a variety of administrative and clerical tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator: - Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and inventory, manage office equipment, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate logistics for board meetings and other organizational events.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records, including donor databases, membership information, and financial documents.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including managing our general email inbox and forwarding inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Financial Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
Qualifications for the Office Administrator: - Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related is ideal.
