In this role, you will be responsible for: •Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner •Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management •Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments •Maintain & update customer records based on interactions •Process invoice payments •Provide information about products and services •Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns •Develop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers •Participate in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers& office software required to fulfill this position Required Qualifications: •Minimum of 2-years administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required •Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers •Find it rewarding to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively to see a task through to completion •Work well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment •Enjoy patiently, empathetically helping others •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
