Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, paying invoices, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings
Design the office layout with efficiency and organization in mind
Collaborate with staff to create, update, and maintain office procedures
Pay and record invoices
Address any office-related issues or concerns promptly to ensure a conducive work environment.
Manage office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers
Accurately maintain general office budget
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
Skilled in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
