Purkiss Capital Advisors, LLC is a Fee-Only Registered Investment Advisor located in Ridgefield, CT. We are looking to hire an Office Administrator.

As the practice continues to grow, we would like to add the right individual to our team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and informed resource for our clients and will assist with managing existing and new client relationships.

PCA was founded on the simple premise that the client really does come first. We are completely independent - our fiduciary responsibility is to our clients. Our office has a strong culture of collaboration, entrepreneurship, and work-life balance.

Ideal Candidate:

5 years experience in the financial industry, helping to manage client relationships

Knowledge of, and interest in, financial markets

Strong communication and people skills

Willing to learn

Strong organizational skills

Passionate about helping others

The Job:

Primarily performing administrative duties

Learning and using various software platforms to run analyses and support the advisory relationship with the firm's clients

Keeping our team organized and efficient, resulting in a better experience for our clients

Active role is day-to-day strategy discussions

Assisting in the management of client relationships

The position is full-time and can accommodate a flexible schedule, if necessary.
