Responsibilities:

* Supporting the INX office by leading and handling office management tasks

* Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel

* Ordering office supplies, restocking, and maintaining inventory

* Coordinating shipping requests

* Ordering catering for meetings and special events

* Kitchen management - ordering/restocking/cleaning oversight

* Managing communication with the building management and cleaning staff

* Assisting in planning company events, including team-building events

* Supporting the Finance team and other departments as needed

* Handling daily mail, files, and information systems, and reporting on office expenses

* Managing office purchasing, payments and order tracking

* Assisting with ad-hoc projects, which vary based on office's needs

Requirements:

* 1+ year experience in an administrative role, supporting a team; Hi-tech industry experience is a plus.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Outstanding service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills

* Must be flexible and willing to assist others

* High level of reliability, diligence, professionalism, and discretion

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities

* Strong detail-orientation and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work
