SUMMARY
The Office Administrator is responsible for general office duties which include, but are not limited to, invoicing, inventory management, and customer service. This position also provides support for dispatch and accounting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Coordinate on-site and remote logistical requirements for both incoming and outgoing loads.
* Support processes for administrative, production, and logistics
* Close shippers and create invoices from previous day's shipments.
* Create invoices for various departments and activities.
* Complete inventory activity daily and records production into various spreadsheets.
* Handle incoming calls and accurately routes them to appropriate personnel.
* Order office supplies, operates general office equipment and performs general office duties as needed.
* Handle check deposits.
* Complete month end duties according to month end calendar, resolves any conflicts and notifies appropriate management when tasks are complete.
* Provide backup to Expense Payable Administer and Dispatch for meetings and vacation.
* Provide prompt, reliable and friendly customer service.
* Must be able to communicate effectively; read, write, and comprehend both written and verbal work instruction and safety standards.
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
* Must be able to interact in person with peers and the public.
* Must be able to handle high stress situations.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
* Data entry experience preferred.
* 3 years customer service experience preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
* Familiar with inventory software, manufacturing software and Microsoft Office or similar software.
* A positive attitude, and well-kept appearance.
* Ability to understand and follow written and verbal work instruction and safety standards.
* Ability to work alone and with a team in a collaborative environment.
* Ability to follow timelines and execute instructions.
* Ability to work overtime as required.
