This position will be an integral part of the success of the investment team by providing various administrative support functions as required by the team. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment. Responsibilities:
- Record keeping, archiving, and overall organization
- Schedule pre-employment drug tests and request background checks.
- Compile and send new hire information to accepted applicants.
- Reviewing/answering emails
- Proactively Communicates follow-up information on all matters
- Document support: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint formatting, chart generating, proof-reading, etc
- General administrative, project and office support
- Performs all other related duties as assigned

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good mathematical skills and computer skills
- Knowledge of beverage market preferred
- Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent multitasking, organization and project management skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Team player with ability to work well with diverse personalities
- Quick learner that grasps concepts and processes easily, and understands how they affect each other
- Detail orientedaccurately checks processes and tasks, discovers and corrects errors
- Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
