Job Description:
The duties and responsibilities of the Office Administrator include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage reception for the program; greet visitors, arrange escorts, answer and transfer phone calls, maintain office supplies, etc. Maintain and update office calendar. Prepare and/or maintain personnel rosters, mailing lists, phone trees, organizational charts, escort rosters, etc. Assist Program Manager with personnel management to include: onboarding, travel, annual performance evaluations and merit increase recommendations, requisition requests, etc. Requirements: Experience with MS Office Tool products, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. Exceptional attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
