Job Description:

A leading energy company located in the Memorial City area is seeking a dynamic Office Administrator to join their team. This is a unique role that combines traditional Office Administrator duties with light sales support experience. A direct hire opportunity that comes with a great work culture, competitive compensation and benefits, as well as room for growth within the organization. Starting compensation $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-10 years of corporate administrative experience
  • Experience with marketing, researching for business development, and/or supporting a sales team

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and lunches, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Assist with document preparation, including formatting and editing in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees, supporting them for their administrative needs.
  • Conduct research and gather information as the management needs for business development purposes.
  • Oversees the office's day-to-day operations, including managing supplies, facilities, and vendors to ensure a clean, functional, and efficient working environment.
  • Arrange and manage all travel logistics, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries for both local and out-of-state events.
  • Maintain and manage the executive's calendars, including scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, lunches, and events.
  • Coordinate all aspects of meeting logistics, including preparation of agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions.
