We are currently have an immediate opening for an individual with proven customer service and administrative skills for our Peoria, IL Sales Branch Office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order processing, invoicing, and billing: ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer orders
Customer service for both internal and external customers, verify and update orders.
Work closely with our Sales team to coordinate information
Provide technical information, product information, and literature to current and potential customers
Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system
Administrative support and general office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in an office environment with order processing and warehouse control preferred – not required
Must have excellent organizational and administrative skills
Proficiency with MS-Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems a plus
