On-Site OpportunityResponsibilities:Include but are not limited to:
- Draft correspondence and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and installations
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and inquiries
- Dispatch technicians for requested service calls
- Order parts needed for repairs
- Maintain and monitor files
- Perform various office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields (experience in construction/service industry preferred but not required)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with strong follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) is required
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus but not mandatory
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)
- Administrative: 5 years (Preferred)
- Languages: English & Spanish (Preferred)
- Ability to commute to Brooklyn, NY 11236 (Required)
