SUMMARY: Responsible for reception, communication, coordination and administrative duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Acts as receptionist for the facility (answers phone and doors; directs clients, and guests appropriately). Responsible for coordinating all tasks necessary to complete an admission. Responsible for answering calls to the admission line Responsible for calling intake clients in the REI Program. Greet clients upon arrival for Open Access. Responsible for coordinating information with the intake team for all incoming clients. Responsible for maintaining client attendance spreadsheet, Overview of Admissions report, other reports as needed. Responsible for attending scheduled individual supervision sessions with the Manager of Admissions. Work to attain the goals as written in job performance evaluations Abide by the standards as set forth in First Step Home's Compliance Plan and Code of Conduct. Responsible for following all safety rules and safe health practices of First Step Home, Inc. Comply with all agency policies, procedures and directives of immediate supervisor, the President/CEO and the Board of Trustees of First Step Home, Inc. Responsible for following the Core Values of First Step Home, Inc. Other duties, as required.Physical Requirements:•Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma/GED Associate's in communication or related degree, required Experience in substance use recovery, preferred Must obtain a CDCA within 90 days of employment Strong Microsoft word/Excel computer skills. Strong communication skills.
