Job Responsibilities
  • Ordering supplies for onsite offices
  • Tracking office expenses and office budget
  • Managing site office operations including cleaning and maintenance
  • Coordinating with IT/Safety/Marketing/Field Staff as needed
  • Organizing all on site safety paperwork
  • On site receptionist during office hours to assist with office needs/manage jobsite phone and email
  • Using Procore to assist with document control
  • Assisting project engineers with construction administration tasks
Required Experience
  • High school diploma is required, bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desired;
  • At least 1 - 3 years of full-time, business administration work experience;
  • Familiarity with Procore software is desired;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
